To promote quality in life, dignity in death and support in bereavement for all living with a life-threatening illness by supporting member hospices and partner organisations.
Our #HospiceVisits continues as we highlight this amazing and well-established organisation. We had a chat with Liezl Kennedy, the Project Manager at FWC Hospice. Her journey through her career started off in the hospitality industry and, eventually, she left and started her journey at FWC Hospice. When asked why the changed, she responded by saying “There is more to life than just an income”.
This past Saturday, 20 May, saw the start of the Alberton Bowling Club’s Ladies ‘Trips’ tournament, which is set to run over five Saturdays during May and June – culminating in a grand final on 24 June.
Our #HospiceVisits this week finds us at FWC Hospice in Gauteng. Since 1991, they have been making positive and impacting changes through active community outreach and participation in the Hurst Hill community.
